Vertical Relevance is seeking a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow experience in Financial Services, ITSM / CSM, GRC to join our team full-time and work remotely. This role involves end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems.

As a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow expertise in Financial Services, you will implement technical solutions for customer engagements, requiring strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engagement management, leading ServiceNow implementation projects within the financial sector, with a combination of project management skills, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and stakeholder communication abilities. ServiceNow experience and certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors within the financial sector.
3. Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
4. Knowledge of ServiceNow Creator Workflow, Employee Workflow, HR, Legal, Talent, and stakeholder management.
5. Possess strong ServiceNow platform expertise; certifications like Certified Implementation Specialist and Project Portfolio Management are advantageous.
6. Familiarity with financial industry compliance and regulatory standards.
7. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
8. Lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and navigate complex client environments.
9. Exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow in a pre-sales or delivery role within financial services.
2. Proven success in ServiceNow implementations across Financial Services, Telecom, and HCLS industries.
3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
4. Experience leading pre-sales activities like solution design and proposal development.
5. Excellent client management skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional project teams.
7. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS are preferred.
8. Ability to define project scope, manage risks, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
9. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, cloud technologies, and industry-specific expertise in financial services, telecom, or healthcare.
10. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
