Major firm is seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join their team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate should possess more than five years of development expertise in core ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Business Continuity Management (BCM), GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business continuity, asset management, and IT operations strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable solutions in ServiceNow core applications (ITSM, ITOM), focusing on BCM, GRC/IRM, and CMDB modules.
2. Implement GRC processes, including policy and compliance, risk, and audit management.
3. Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
4. Provide subject matter expertise for BCM capabilities, including plan development, risk assessment, and testing automation.
5. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Disaster Recovery teams to implement robust BCM workflows and automation.
6. Develop and enforce governance policies around CMDB data ingestion and lifecycle.
7. Provide platform governance, participate in change control, and ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and industry standards.
8. Document technical design decisions and prepare all required SDLC artifacts.
9. Support regulatory and audit compliance, operational resilience, and IT risk management through advanced ServiceNow development and integration.
10. Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews and platform architecture decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Over five years of ServiceNow development experience with solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, BCM, and GRC/IRM frameworks.
3. Proven experience with CMDB modeling, health, and governance; in-depth knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
4. ServiceNow Certifications, including Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IRM and micro-certifications in BCM.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Self-motivation to learn new technologies and concepts.

Pluses (not required): ServiceNow CIS certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping.
