Vertical Relevance is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager with ServiceNow to join our team full-time and work remotely. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems.

As an Engagement Manager with ServiceNow ITSM / CSA Certifications, you will implement technical solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to drive customer success.

The Engagement Manager should have a strong background in engagement management to lead and oversee ServiceNow implementation projects within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will bring a combination of project management skills, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success. ServiceNow experience and certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors, within the financial services industry.
  3. Have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
  4. Understand ServiceNow Creator Workflow, Employee Workflow, HR, Legal, Talent, and stakeholder management.
  5. Possess strong ServiceNow platform expertise; certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist and Project Portfolio Management are highly advantageous.
  6. Familiarity with financial services industry compliance and regulatory standards.
  7. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  8. Lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and navigate complex client environments.
  9. Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  1. 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform implementations in pre-sales or delivery roles.
  2. Proven success in delivering ServiceNow implementations across Financial Services, Telecom, and HCLS industries.
  3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
  4. Experience leading pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.
  5. Excellent client management skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional project teams.
  7. Certifications such as CSA and CIS, and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies are preferred.
  8. Deep industry expertise in financial services, telecom, or healthcare & life sciences.
  9. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
