Job summary

MWH Constructors seeks a qualified Project Manager to lead critical water, wastewater, and advanced treatment projects in the Seattle, WA area. You will oversee planning, staffing, and execution across CM-at-Risk, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods.

The role requires 7–10 years in heavy civil or industrial construction, plus 3–5 years in water/wastewater projects. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering/construction management degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of construction, design, finance and management experience on heavy civil or industrial projects.
• 3–5 years of water/wastewater plant project experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff key field positions and coordinate staffing with US Operations and other Area heads.
• Establish project objectives, policies and standards within corporate policy.
• Lead on-site supervision and ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Represent the company in project meetings and with clients/AEs.
• Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations.
• Provide leadership and technical support to project engineers and superintendents.
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors and materials via Purchase Agreements and Subcontracts.
• Support Change Management, Cost Estimating, revenue and forecasting.
