Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple transportation and waste disposal projects, develop proposals, track schedules, and coordinate with drivers, subcontractors, and clients daily, ensuring scope is met.

You will enforce health and safety policies, lead site visits, manage budgets and scheduling, build lasting customer relationships, participate in bid walks, and mentor other project managers while upholding OSHA/HAZWOPER standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in science/engineering fields
• Five years relevant experience; or equivalent combination
• OSHA 10/30 and/or HAZWOPER with refreshers

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow health and safety policies and achieve high safety/compliance on all projects
• Attend bid walks, discuss scope, develop proposals, ensure contracts before starting, manage execution, track schedule, provide billing support, monitor customer satisfaction
• Develop detailed work orders 2–3 days before start
• Discuss scope with Drivers or Subcontractors
• Kick-off new projects in the field and perform site visits regularly
• Maintain active communication with Client and Drivers
• Identify site-specific hazards and mitigate before/during project
• Achieve overall customer satisfaction with health, safety, performance, costing and schedule
• Maintain superior safety/compliance records on all projects
• Build relationships with customers and grow sales revenue
• Manage projects to budgeted profitability and high customer satisfaction
• Participate in scheduling/coordination meetings and industry events
• Practice conflict resolution and maintain professional environment
• Perform field visits and work with Drivers; develop JSA’s and Work Orders
• Provide 24-hour emergency response for customers

Education

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Environmental, Construction, or Engineering
