Reworld Waste, LLC in Taunton, MA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple transportation and waste disposal projects, develop proposals, track schedules, and coordinate with drivers, subcontractors, and clients daily.

The role emphasizes health and safety compliance, field leadership, and budgeted profitability, with opportunities to expand revenue and maintain high customer satisfaction. Pay ranges are $100,400 to $133,500 per year, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Environmental, Construction, or Engineering.
• Five (5) years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid OSHA 10-hr and/or OSHA 30-hr, 40-hr HAZWOPER, with current 8-hr refresher.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow health and safety policies and achieve a high level of safety and compliance on all projects.
• Attend bid walks, discuss project scope of work with clients, develop project proposals, ensuring contractual agreement is in place before starting projects, managing project execution, tracking schedule, offering project execution support, billing support, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Development of detailed work orders for each project 2 to 3 days prior to the scheduled start date.
• Discuss the project scope of work with the Drivers or Subcontractors.
• Personally, kick-off new projects in the field and perform site visits on a regular basis.
• Active communication with Client and Drivers.
• Prepare for hazard mitigation and ensure safety practices are followed throughout the project.
• Achieve overall customer satisfaction with project health and safety, performance, costing, and schedule.
• Build productive relationships with new and existing customers.
