Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead the facility's Safety, Health, and Environmental programs. You will ensure OSHA compliance, oversee training, investigations, and continuous improvement while partnering with operations and maintenance teams to maintain safe, compliant operations.

The role reports to Regional Safety Manager and Facility Manager and may involve cross-facility collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Two to four years (2-4) of occupational health and safety experience in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 and applicable state regulations.
• Professional safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, OHST, or CHST are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the facility's Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1910/1926 regulations, permits, and company safety requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records, logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Educate and motivate employees and contractors on safe work practices.
