Advance Storage Products is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead customer projects from kickoff to final sign-off. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Accounting, and Operations to deliver on-time and on-budget results.

Responsibilities include defining scope, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring quality and safety. A PMP is highly desired; travel up to 60% of the time may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a project management role.
• Experience in the rack industry preferred.
• PMP Certification highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper hand-off from Estimator and understand project scope.
• Define project scope, site conditions, financials, permits and licenses.
• Conduct kickoff meeting within 2 days of order and capture action items.
• Set Installation Schedule with plant and customer; maintain in CSI.
• Place buyout purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Visit sites during installation to monitor progress and quality.
• Complete final walk-through and sign-off with customer.
• Maintain project budget and manage change orders.
• Submit weekly progress reports to Director of Project Management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
