Advance Storage Products in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee key warehouse rack installation projects from kickoff to sign-off. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Accounting and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating installation schedules, managing budgets, and driving progress with site visits and change orders as needed.

Formación

• Working knowledge of material handling concepts and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project from kickoff to final walk-through and sign-off with customer.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Accounting and Operations.
• Review and complete documents defining project scope and specs.
• Establish installation schedules and coordinate with plant and customer.
• Place buyout POs; coordinate delivery and installation.
• Visit sites, monitor progress and installation quality.
• Maintain project budget and manage scope changes with change orders.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for the Director of Project Management.
• Ensure safety and adherence to Advance’s core behaviors.
