Job summary

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Security Manager/Program Security Representative with a TS/SCI clearance to support DoD programs at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. The role emphasizes SCIF operations, vulnerability assessments, and policy development to safeguard critical resources and personnel.

The position requires extensive experience with ICD-704/704.1/704.5 and DoD security programs, plus the ability to coordinate with DIA SSO and AFOSI for indoctrinations and access control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 6+ years in physical and personnel security in a classified DoD environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a SCIF manager.
• Experience with ICD-704 and ICPG 704.1 and 704.5.
• Knowledge of DoDM 5200.01 Vols.1-4 and DoDM 5105.21.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure continuity in support.
• Provide SME on physical security equipment capabilities and deployment for DoD programs.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and draft security policies to mitigate weaknesses.
• Deliver assessments and recommendations to optimize security program efficiency.
• Assist in drafting policies across security disciplines, including SCI and SAP programs.
