Job summary

Michels Trenchless, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Project Manager to oversee one large project or multiple smaller ones, ensuring safe, profitable operations.

You will lead the project team and handle change management, financials, risk, reporting, scheduling and contract administration. The position offers a base salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year, with pay determined by skills, experience and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with project financials, scheduling, risk management, change management and reporting.
• Prior management and client interfacing experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Travel is required based on project assignment location.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods including Design Bid Build, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, CMGC and other is desired.
• PMP or PE is desired but not required.
• Experience with Primavera, HCSS, B2W, MS Office, MS Projects is desired.
