Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in civil engineering design for transportation/infrastructure.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in office and field environments and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex transportation and infrastructure capital projects, including scope development, design management, construction oversight and budget tracking.
• Oversee all phases of project execution and coordinate with clients, consultants, agencies and project teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance with standards and safety protocols.
• Drive client relationships, stakeholder engagement and project governance to support business development and program performance.
• Navigate multi-disciplinary teams, manage third‑party consultants, and balance competing priorities while maintaining quality.
