Job summary

Howden is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across process, technology, and organizational change. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure timely, scoped outcomes aligned with business priorities.

You will partner with leaders, process owners, and technology teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive adoption of changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management roles – preferably within the insurance brokerage space.
• Demonstrated experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
• Proficiency with project portfolio management tools and reporting platforms such as Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned projects – ensuring clarity of scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex initiatives spanning process, technology, and organizational change.
• Monitor project health, manage risks and issues, and proactively remove barriers to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure all projects adhere to PMO standards, tools, and reporting requirements.
• Execute formal change management activities within assigned projects, including change impact assessment, readiness planning, dependency management, and adoption tracking.
