Job summary

Howden is expanding its US Retail operations and seeking a Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead to design, document, and govern end-to-end processes. You will translate strategic priorities into clear, executable workflows and partner with leaders to drive consistency and discipline across teams.

The role emphasizes scale, governance, and hands-on process leadership, reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement & Change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process design, process governance, or operational excellence roles within an insurance brokerage or related financial service environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and govern end-to-end operational processes across the US Retail business.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, RACI models, and handoffs for scalable, compliant workflows.
• Define KPIs and support audit readiness and performance reporting.
