Rotork is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation across its U.S. manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing or facility consolidations and large-scale operational transformations.
• Experience with TOM or similar transformation frameworks and cross-site programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site programs with interdependent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead TOM design, planning, and execution to enable future-state manufacturing.
• Oversee transition of manufacturing operations from Milwaukee to Rochester with continuity.
• Partner with HR for organization design, change adoption, and training.
• Coordinate IT/ ERP systems, data migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive governance, decision making, risk escalation, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage external partners to ensure scope, safety and confidentiality.
• Develop and monitor the integrated project plan, budget, and master schedule.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide regular updates on progress, financials, risks, and decisions.
