Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing or facility consolidations and large-scale operational transformations.
• Experience with TOM or similar business transformation frameworks.
• Experience with ERP/MES integrations and data-driven decision making.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TOM design, planning and execution with defined workstreams, milestones, and ownership.
• Oversee manufacturing operations consolidation from Milwaukee to Rochester.
• Partner with HR for organizational change management.
• Coordinate IT and systems enablement including ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Drive cross-functional leadership and governance for the transformation.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships ensuring safety and confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plan, budget, and master schedule.
• Identify and mitigate risks, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Provide regular executive reporting and KPI dashboards.
