The successful candidate will bring strong project governance, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple interconnected workstreams in a dynamic and highly confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) Implementation: Lead the design, planning, and execution of the future-state manufacturing Target Operating Model (TOM), translating strategic objectives into clearly defined workstreams, milestones, ownership, and deliverables. • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external architects, engineers, equipment suppliers, contractors, consultants, and other partners supporting the transformation, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, specifications, safety requirements, and confidentiality standards.
  • Financial and Timeline Governance: Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, budget, resource requirements, dependencies, and master schedule, partnering with Finance and functional leaders to monitor expenditures, forecasts, commitments, scope changes, and overall project performance.
  • Risk, Quality, Safety and Compliance Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage operational, organizational, technology, supply chain, financial, safety, quality, and regulatory risks, establishing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and ensuring project deliverables meet applicable standards and requirements.
