Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide professional FM-specific project management on client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with property management, develop budgets and timelines, and oversee consultants and construction teams to deliver tenant improvements and services.

Minimum 5 years PM experience, a BS in engineering or related field, and up to 50% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity with third party stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets and timelines to meet project objectives and keep building management informed.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all design phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices with client and management on costs and impacts.
• Support marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of company and client.
• Coordinate with building/facility personnel to meet goals of quality, service, cost and profit.
• Report major problems with findings and recommendations to supervisor.
• Advise on organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budgets.
• Comply with laws, regulations and building codes.
