Silencer Central is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the organization’s project portfolio and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within quality standards.

The role requires seasoned PM expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive accountability across departments, with a focus on process improvement and governance. On-site in Sioux Falls, SD with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Operations, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible PM experience on complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and ensure accountability.
• Knowledge of PM concepts, governance, and performance metrics.
• Experience defining projects, timelines, and resource needs, with execution control.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and owners.
• Develop and implement PM practices, processes, methodologies, and metrics.
• Define projects, timelines, outcomes, and resource needs.
• Clarify scope, deliverables, dependencies, and success measures with sponsors.
• Establish governance, prioritization, reporting, and change control.
• Monitor status, risks, budgets, schedules, and quality; address issues.
• Prepare and review status reports for stakeholders; ensure on-time delivery.
