Job summary

Silco Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fire alarm, suppression, and security projects across the region. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Procore and Salesforce, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. Dayton-area opportunities with a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with similar or transferrable industry knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and safety regulations preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Procore and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of managing projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to plan and execute fire alarm, suppression, and security projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to promote efficient execution.
• Ensure installations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and are properly commissioned.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
