Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt to sudden project shifts and manage impact.
• Strong decision-making, planning, negotiation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, control and close assigned projects to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with resource managers and product owners to identify resources and timing.
• Define project scope, assess risks, create work breakdown structures and schedules.
• Align projects with organizational strategic objectives.
• Identify project risks and provide analysis to the Enterprise PMO Director.
• Oversee user and technical documentation, testing, training and post-implementation reviews.
• Monitor project progress and initiate corrective action for variances.
• Provide project updates to governance groups.
