Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 9+ years of experience
• SME experience in respective areas (6+ years)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
• Experience with MS Project and Visio
• Knowledge of content management systems (SharePoint/Confluence)
• Ability to learn new tools and excellent communication
• Ability to plan, facilitate meetings, and manage multiple projects
• PMP or similar certification desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and deliver updates for assigned programs and services
• Drive strategy, roadmap, and coordination for programs
• Translate business requirements into client deliverables
• Schedule release timelines with IT and coordinate releases
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through the development lifecycle
• Ensure regulatory compliance and document workflows
