Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager in New Jersey to plan and coordinate multi-team deliverables, communicate objectives, and provide end-to-end visibility into progress.

You will lead delivery routines, manage program risk and change, and keep sponsors updated on status, risks, and schedule while ensuring governance.

This role requires collaboration, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management work experience.
• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate execution of project/small program deliverables involving multiple teams.
• Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery.
• Facilitate sync points across teams.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health.
• Manage program risk and compliance with standards.
• Lead delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations.
• Provide stakeholders and leadership with updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
• Work with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements.
• Support resource planning and forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
