Job summary

Petersburg, VA-based regional home builder is seeking a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent to lead new custom-home construction projects. The role covers from design hand-off through subs, contracts, safety, and final occupancy, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality homes on schedule.

Compensation is around $100K+ per year DOE, with bonus per home, auto/phone allowance, and benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage 8–10 projects concurrently.
• Strong communication with customers/owners.
• 4–5+ years of site-operations leadership in home construction.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site operations from design hand-off to final C/O.
• Regulate budgets and control job costs.
