Alberici is seeking a Self-Perform Estimator (Civil/Concrete/Marine) to support our heavy civil and marine markets. You will ensure accurate quantity surveys and provide pricing through full estimates, focusing on self-perform concrete scopes.

The role emphasizes developing winning strategies, coordinating with joint ventures, and supporting client presentations. Growth through an estimating career ladder and PDP programs is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical field and two (2) years of related experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of field experience is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to heavy civil and/or marine sectors is ideal.
• Familiarity with InEight and Planswift preferred.
• Ability to develop winning strategies, interpret complex engineering documents, perform conceptual and detailed estimates, and assist in staffing and schedule approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Discharge of all estimating-related responsibilities within self-perform concrete scopes.
• Assist with win strategy development for assigned pursuits.
• Engage in joint ventures and client presentations as needed.
• Participate in go/no go project decisions and preconstruction activities.
• Manage estimating/preconstruction for alternate delivery methods.
• Perform highly complex take-offs and final pricing.
• Maintain subcontractor/supplier relationships and knowledge of labor agreements.
• Understand insurance and bonding requirements and safety statistics and their impact on estimates.
