LeoForce is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead self-perform concrete operations on large infrastructure and commercial construction projects in Columbus, Ohio. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, team management, and delivering high-quality work through collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in self-perform concrete management, with strong knowledge of formwork, rebar, and finishing techniques, and proficiency in project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of self-perform concrete project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of formwork, rebar, concrete placement and finishing.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee self-perform concrete work: planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating and operations to develop work plans and logistics.
• Monitor productivity, cost performance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to specs and company procedures.
• Mentor field supervisors and foremen to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
