Job summary

LeoForce, a Midwest concrete contractor, seeks a seasoned Concrete Superintendent to lead our Minnesota projects. You will manage scheduling, safety, subcontractors, and procurement to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CM or Civil Engineering and 5+ years in heavy civil construction focusing on concrete, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on concrete.
• Proven experience in subcontractor management and contract enforcement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with contract specs and safety rules.
• Develop and monitor project schedules with progress updates and adjustments.
• Enforce safety protocols on site and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement of materials/equipment in line with project needs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to meet project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
