Job summary

Leo FS is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise on-site construction and facilities maintenance projects in Columbus, OH. You will partner with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure work is safe, on schedule, on budget, and meets quality standards.

The role emphasizes field operations, safety compliance, subcontractor management, and strong communication with stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8 years of field supervision

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–8 years of field supervision experience in construction or facilities maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and quality.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site labor sequencing.
Monitor progress against schedule and budget; report variances.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct site inspections.
Engage with clients, architects, and inspectors as the on-site lead.
