Job summary

Leo FS is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day field execution of construction and facilities maintenance projects in Columbus. You will ensure work is safe, on schedule, on budget, and meets quality standards while coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, ability to read plans, manage safety programs, monitor progress with KPIs, and communicate risks effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of construction or facilities maintenance field supervision experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work conforms to plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate sequencing and scheduling of subcontractors, trades, and site labor.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, addressing delays proactively.
• Track KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.
