Stantec’s Denver office seeks a Senior Project Manager on the principal track to lead a team focused on S&T markets including universities, pharma, and federal agencies. Expect business development, client leadership, and delivery of large multi-disciplinary projects with high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building relationships, guiding project execution, and contributing to growth while upholding design excellence and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree of Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with a focus on S&T projects is preferred.
• License to practice Architecture in Colorado is preferred.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.

Responsabilités

• Lead and partner with clients as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Lead, develop and mentor high-performing project teams to improve project delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring repeat opportunities with existing clients and new targets.
• Be an active community member and a thought leader in the local/regional S&T market.
