Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multidisciplinary engineering and design programs from concept through commissioning. You will drive scope, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies while guiding client relations and project teams to delivery excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 15–25 years of experience, PE/RA or PMP, and a track record managing complex, mission-critical infrastructure with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional licensure or PMP certification preferred.
• 15–25 years of progressive engineering/design project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering projects.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure QA/QC across deliverables.
• Oversee contracts, subconsultants, and financial performance of projects.
• Mentor project managers and promote accountability and growth.
• Drive business development and client satisfaction for repeat work.
