Job summary

Stantec’s Houston office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Principal leadership team. The successful candidate will lead growth in the Science & Technology markets, manage client relationships, and deliver design-led projects from concept through construction.

Texas licensure is preferred and a strong record of winning work is essential. You will mentor teams, collaborate across architecture, engineering, and interiors, and help strengthen Stantec’s brand by delivering design

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with a focus on S&T projects preferred.
• License to practice Architecture in Texas is preferred.
• Strong business development and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and development of the S&T sector for Stantec.
• Secure exceptional clients and deliver high quality, profitable projects.
• Manage planning and design with clients and mentor emerging leaders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and collaborate with engineering leadership.
• Identify project opportunities and market Stantec services.
