Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for regional retail bank renovation projects. You will lead project management across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while coordinating renovations in occupied facilities to minimize business disruption.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, experience in financial services, and a proactive approach to risk, budget, and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
• Financial services client experience required; retail construction program experience desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other PM software.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities with minimal business disruption.
• Prepare all project elements for clients: scope, resources, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Define delivery resources via pre-qualified lists or project qualification; run RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Develop project charter and integrated timeline; keep functions on schedule and escalate issues.
• Lead regular project status meetings and collaborate to implement solutions across multi-discipline teams.
• Share expertise and mentor others; drive adoption of improved methods and standards.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence senior stakeholders.
