Job summary

Atwell, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil engineering efforts for residential land development. You will collaborate with production teams to draft and finalize site plans, grading, utilities, and construction documents, while mentoring junior staff and delivering high-quality reports and schedules.

You will apply hydrology, stormwater, and other analyses with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to support permitting, coordination, and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading civil/site development projects, especially residential.
• Strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and finalization of site, grading, utility plans and construction documents.
• Mentor and guide junior staff to ensure accurate, efficient project delivery.
• Prepare hydrology/hydraulic studies, stormwater reports and project schedules.
• Provide construction support, permit applications, quantity estimates, and contractor coordination.
• Operate AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to keep tasks on schedule and budget.
