Atwell’s Civil Engineering group seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead residential land development projects and shape a career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

You will collaborate with the production team, mentor junior staff, and prepare hydrology studies, stormwater management reports, project schedules, and utility coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required, with growth opportunities within Atwell's land development practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to draft and finalize site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents for residential communities.
• Guide and mentor junior staff to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Prepare hydrology/hydraulic studies, stormwater management reports, project schedules, and utility coordination.
• Provide construction support, handle permit applications, quantity estimates, and contractor coordination.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop PM skills through training and mentoring within Atwell's residential land development practice.
