Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead site development tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will draft site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, analyze survey data, and prepare detailed reports to guide project direction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and an EIT is preferred. Proficiency with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is a plus. Collaboration with senior staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering.
• EIT is preferred; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Analyze project survey data including ALTA surveys and easement documents.
• Prepare hydrology/hydraulic studies, cost opinions, schedules, and permit applications.
• Provide construction support including permit applications, quantity estimates, and transmittals.
• Master AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software; communicate effectively with staff.
