Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to draft and finalize site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents for residential communities.
• Guide and mentor junior staff to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Prepare hydrology/hydraulic studies, stormwater management reports, project schedules, and utility coordination.
• Provide construction support, handle permit applications, quantity estimates, and contractor coordination.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop PM skills through training and mentoring within Atwell's residential land development practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with the production team, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents for residential communities and subdivisions.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Take on a leadership role by guiding and assisting junior staff. Ensure that project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, nurturing the talents of the next generation.
