Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-family and mixed-use developments. You will manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and field operations, coordinating between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and municipalities.

The role requires 7+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam. OSHA safety and a valid driver’s license are expected as travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (preferred).
• 7+ years managing residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects with budgeting, scheduling, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Oversee schedules and budgets; prepare bids; monitor subcontractor performance.
• Review construction docs; coordinate permitting; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Conduct site walks; track progress; collaborate with Superintendents to stay on schedule and budget.
• Lead and mentor project teams; build relationships with architects, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and community partners.
• Identify and resolve site challenges; mitigate risks and ensure safe work environments.
