Brookfield Residential in Costa Mesa is seeking a Project Manager to lead housing development efforts for assigned assets. You will assist with due diligence, coordinate design and engineering, secure approvals, and oversee turnover to HOA boards.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex design and regulatory processes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of industry experience in residential or commercial project management.
• Proficiency in project management and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read site and building plans and specifications.
• Willingness to commute to project sites and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating potential land acquisitions, feasibility studies.
• Coordinate site planning, zoning, and entitlement processes.
• Oversee design and engineering coordination for day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate turnover of completed projects to HOAs.
