Job summary

Brookfield Residential, part of Brookfield Properties, is seeking a Project Manager to lead housing development for assigned assets in Southern California. You will oversee due diligence, design coordination, permits, and hand-off to HOAs.

This role requires 7–10 years in residential PM, a degree in planning/construction, strong communication, and ability to manage multi-discipline teams across planning, engineering, and regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, construction management or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of residential project management or related experience required.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to read site and building plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence and feasibility studies for land acquisitions.
• Coordinate site planning, zoning, and entitlement processes.
• Manage design and engineering coordination across teams.
• Develop budgets, cash flow, and variance reporting.
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and HOA coordination.
• Maintain project schedules and reporting to leadership.
