What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct technical due diligence and support the construction monitoring phase of energy and infrastructure assets
- Manage project and client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Provide technical input and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams
- Complete project work and deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and budgets
- Support business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical)
- 5+ years of related energy industry or consulting experience
- 5+ years of site-based experience in an engineering or managerial role on utility-scale/commercial projects (e.g., solar, energy storage/BESS)
- Experience as a senior project manager, coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for onsite visits

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 - 8 years of related energy industry or consulting experience
- Understanding of commercial contracts required for project development, including interconnection and construction agreements
- Experience working both as part of a project team and independently as needed
