Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, and expand our independent engineering and owner’s advisory services. Join a team of industry experts delivering technical diligence and solutions for the evolving energy sector.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct technical due diligence and support construction and project completion monitoring on energy assets.
• Manage project and client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Maintain client satisfaction and develop long-term relationships.
• Support business development and prepare proposals.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical).
• At least 5 years of energy industry/consulting experience.
• Site-based experience in engineering or managerial roles on renewable projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with Independent/Owner’s Engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of commercial contracts related to project development.
• Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Range: $89,203.00 - $151,646.00 based on experience and location.
