Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead large-scale, complex projects using LEAN principles, covering all lifecycle stages with a focus on technology initiatives. Under minimal supervision, the role liaises with internal and external partners to ensure accountability and thorough documentation across enterprise-wide programs.

Remote/WFH position; residency in Oregon or SW WA is required. Estimated hiring range: $113,940–$139,260 with 5% annual bonus target.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ related experience, including minimum 5 years managing projects.
• Experience leading information systems projects, including some at a complex level.
• Preferred Scrum, Agile, and/or PMI Project Management certification.
• 3 or more years’ experience in health plan operations.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the health care or managed care industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans that outline components, communications, milestones, priorities, needs and resources.
• Organize, facilitate, and participate in stakeholder meetings to build consensus and collaboration.
• Monitor and regularly communicate project status to sponsors and owners.
• Apply expert skills in leading stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, laws and regulations.
• Track program costs and identify variances from plan.
• Provide guidance for implementation, configuration and ongoing support of internal systems.
