Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle.
• Perform standard PM deliverables including scope, change management, risk, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and manage project status reports for PMO dashboard.
• Implement change management per agency guidelines.
• Forecast and acquire resources to achieve objectives.
• Ensure activities adhere to guidelines.
• Facilitate contract processes from initiation to closure.
• Conduct gap analyses and root cause analyses to drive outcomes.
• Lead group facilitation activities as needed.
