The role requires collaboration with Analysts and multiple teams, across Stamford or Denver offices, in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-7+ years of project/program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale broadband programs from initiation through implementation.
• Manage outage management initiatives to improve customer communication during service interruptions.
• Develop end-to-end project plans, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Partner with Business Analysts to review requirements and BRDs.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, operations, product and customer experience teams.
• Drive governance, status reporting and executive presentations.
