Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead RELAY transitions across Development to Construction and Construction to Operations. You will drive cross-functional execution, ensure stage-gate readiness, and uphold RELAY process integrity in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teams, remove blockers, and provide clear updates to leadership while delivering high-quality, on-schedule infrastructure projects that scale with Pattern Energy's mission.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with 5+ years leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing high-stakes transitions and delivering under tight timelines.
• Ability to influence across Development, Construction, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Familiarity with stage-gate or portfolio management processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead RELAY transitions: Stage 4 (Development to Construction) and Stage 6 (Construction to Operations) with timely delivery.
• Coordinate deliverables across Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal.
• Ensure stage gate readiness and proactively resolve blockers.
• Own RELAY process integrity and enterprise tools.
• Collaborate to improve processes and outcomes.
• Provide updates to leadership on progress and risks.
• Model operational excellence and maintain project discipline.
• Capture and triage lessons learned for sustainable change.
