Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join STV Inc's PMCM team in California. You will provide senior-level oversight of architects, engineers, construction managers, specialty consultants, and other professional service providers supporting public-sector capital improvement projects.

You will manage consultant contracts, scopes of work, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and performance to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in project/ program/ design/ construction management.
• Experience overseeing professional consultants including architects, engineers, and PM consultants.
• Experience with professional-services contract administration, scopes of work, fee reviews, and change proposals.
• Experience managing multiple consultant contracts concurrently.
• Full capital-project lifecycle experience from planning to closeout.
• Strong project controls knowledge: scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight of consultants, scopes of work, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage consultant contracts and performance to meet project objectives and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, construction, and project controls.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships with public-sector partners and project leadership.
