Job summary

STV Inc. is seeking a senior project manager for its PMCM team in Northern California. The candidate should bring extensive experience as an owner's representative on capital programs, focusing on correctional facilities and courthouse projects.

You will be integral in managing capital programs, representing the owner and stakeholders, and guiding design and construction activities within a fast-paced market sector.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project Management experience.
• Owner's Representative or Capital Program Management experience.
• Experience managing jail/courthouse/correctional capital projects, facility upgrades, and renovations.
• Strong budget, cost, schedule, forecasting, and risk management experience.
• Experience overseeing design and construction activities.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong client, contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CCM, or similar certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
