• Experience as an owner's representative on public sector, K-12, higher education, or institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of capital improvement projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, quality, procurement, and risk; monitor performance and change orders.
