Qualifications

• At least 15 years of full-time professional experience in management and administration of programs and projects.
• At least 6 years' experience managing programs in a public or educational agency with full responsibility for coordinating complex activities.
• Experience managing multiple education or public agency programs concurrently preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Program Managers overseeing all aspects of project planning and development across programs.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, funding source allocations, grants management, and closeout.
• Review and interpret complex project design budgets, schedules, and costs to ensure conformance with scope and time.
• Guide funding strategies for projects and subprograms, including grants and partnerships.
• Present executive reports to stakeholders and approve new projects as required.
• Oversee change order negotiations and assist with contract review processes.
